Important notes on using the Sandbox

Welcome to the Sandbox, an instance set-up to illustrate how you could use Confluence and allow you to try out Confluence yourself.

This sandbox contains a number of pre-populated spaces to demonstrate the different ways in which Confluence can be used. Feel free to browse through the example spaces, listed below, and create your own content.

Taking a guided tour

To take a guided tour you must be using a compatible browser: IE8 or above, Firefox, Safari or Chrome. Learn More >>

Creating content

You are able to create content in existing spaces without an account. However, you must create an account in order to create a new space. Create an account >>

Using Drag-and-Drop

You must 'Allow' Google Gears access if you wish to use the Drag-and-Drop feature for attaching files and embedding images and documents. Learn More >>

Third-party plugins

This Sandbox has a number of free and commercial third-party plugins installed for you to play with. Learn More >>
